Accident
A police officer responded to a delayed hit-and-run incident. Upon investigation, video evidence confirmed that no other vehicles were involved. The officer inspected the damaged pole, which was in good condition aside from tire tread transfer. A report was filed to assist the complainant with their insurance claim.

An officer responded to Lot 37 following a minor traffic incident where a driver pulling into a parking stall side-swiped the rear corner of a parked vehicle. After assessing the minor damage to both vehicles, the officer gathered information and filed a non-reportable traffic accident report.

Information
A woman reported feeling uncomfortable with a male friend and coworker who is pursuing a romantic relationship she does not want. She did not indicate any criminal behavior but sought guidance on how to handle the situation. The officer spoke with the man, explained the woman's concerns, and requested that he refrain from further contact.

Found Property
An officer responded to the Harold B Lee Library after security located a lost wallet. The owner was contacted, and the wallet was successfully returned.

Found Property
A BYU officer met with a complainant who reported receiving multiple items of found property while working at the Taylor Building on campus. The items, turned in by teenagers, included currency, a financial transaction card, a Utah Driver License, and other miscellaneous belongings. The owner has not been located or contacted and is believed to be transient in the Provo/Orem area. The property has been secured and booked into the BYU Police Property Department.
