Details: BYUPD received a report of a cut bike lock. The victim stated the bike had been secured to the bike rack with a U Lock, and also had a secondary cable lock. The cable lock was cut and the thief attempted to steal the bike but the bike remained secured with the U lock. Suspect arrested.
