Location: Near University Parkway and 450 East.
Details: A man was observed on campus under suspicious circumstances. After officers detained the man the officers discovered drug paraphernalia in his possession. The man was arrested for this, as well as possession of stolen property, failure to stop at the command of a law enforcement officer, and outstanding warrants for retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.
