Suspicious
Officers were dispatched on a suspicious circumstance. The complainant thought there was a group of males walking in the area of Heritage Halls that did not belong. There was a 30-minute time lapse between the observation and the call to police dispatch. No people were found in the area.

Lost Property
Officer responded to a lost property call at the Harold B. Lee Library. Upon arrival and per request, Officer contacted the complainant by phone and had a brief conversation about a missing wallet. The officer gathered detailed information about the incident and made a police report. The complainant canceled their credit cards that were contained in the missing wallet.

Found Property
Officers were dispatched to lot 59 for a report of found property. Officers arrived and spoke with the reporting party who stated as he was walking through the trail between some bushes from Lot 59 parking lot, he noticed a syringe on the ground. He stated he felt it should be discarded properly and not just left there. Officer took possession of the syringe and put it in the sharp's container at the BYU EMS office.

Theft
Officers were dispatched to a phone contact regarding a delayed theft of a bike. Contact was made with the reporting party who stated about a month ago, his bike was taken from the bike rack located by the basketball court at Wyview Park. This case will be referred to the investigations division. The bike has been listed NCIC.

Disorderly
Upon arrival, officers patrolled the area in an attempt to locate a suspect who was following and harassing a female student. Provo and Orem police helped to locate the suspect. It was discovered the suspect also harassed a female on a UVX bus. The suspect was located in Orem, was arrested, and booked into the Utah County jail. UTA Police assisted in this investigation and will be handling the UVX bus case.

Suspicious
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male wearing a long wig and a mask roaming the halls at the Richards Building. Upon arrival, officers searched the area for the male and did not observe anyone fitting the description. Officers contacted the caller who stated that the male was last seen leaving the building and walking towards the police department. Officers patrolled the area and did not observe any suspicious person or activity. No further information.
