Location: Parking lot near Heritage Halls
Details: A parking enforcement officer found a van with several parking citations in the parking lot near Heritage Halls. Further investigation determined the van was listed as stolen out of Orem, and that an individual arrested several weeks ago for bike theft on campus had the keys to the van in his possession. The van was returned to the owner, and a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle was added to the charges assigned to the suspect.
