Details: Officers were dispatched to a phone contact regarding a stolen mountain bike. The mountain bike was taken from the bike rack at Wyview Park. Contact was made with the reporting party who advised his mountain bike was locked at the time of the theft. The suspect took the frame and rear wheel, and left the the front wheel still locked to the bike rack.
