Suspicious
The complainant reported that his vehicle was shot with some type of air-soft or gel gun while at the Y- Trailhead parking lot. The suspect vehicle was not located and there is no further information to follow up on. The complainant's vehicle was not damaged, and he requested that the incident be documented.

Found Property
Officer recovered a lost credit card at the Smith Field House after the volleyball game on 01/07/23. Officer attempted contact with the card holder without success. The card will be held in patrol until contact is made with the owner.

Information
Delayed online report. Complainant saw a comment on twitter that made her feel uncomfortable. The complainant started an online report. Police started an information report and conversed with the on-call investigator. Follow up will continue.

Welfare Check
Officer conducted a welfare check on a student who has not been seen for the past two days and has not been answering their phone. Officers located the student and verified they were okay. The student had lost their phone and was unaware that friends had been trying to make contact.

Y-Medical
A senior missionary was walking down the stairs at the MTC when he lost his footing and fell to the ground. He received injury to his nose and forehead. Subject was treated and transported by Provo Medics.

Suspicious
Officer responded to Wymount Terrace on a report of an individual suspected of stealing catalytic converters from vehicles in the area. Officers located the suspect in Wymount Terrace and it was determined that the suspect was actually returning a car that he had borrowed from a resident family member and not stealing catalytic converters. Residents of Wymount are doing an outstanding job keeping an eye on suspicious activity.

A BYU police officer assisted a Provo Police officer regarding a noise complaint in Lot 45.
