Information
A police officer responded to a delayed online report regarding an incident at Helaman Taylor Hall overnight. The complainant stated that a group of males were banging on their dorm window and shouting inappropriate comments, which made them feel unsafe and violated. The report was made after the incident occurred, and the complainant did not respond at the time. The officer has communicated with the complainant via email and will notify Housing and other graveyard patrol shifts to increase patrols in the area to ensure safety.

Trespassing
Three cyclists rode their bikes up the Y Trail to the Y. After descending, they continued south on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail and reached the Slate Canyon trailhead. They admitted to riding up the Y Trail but were unaware that bikes were prohibited there. The officer informed them of the restriction, and they assured they would not ride the Y Trail again.
