A Provo EMS team and officer responded to HL John Hall regarding a student who had accidentally overdosed on her antidepressant medication. After examination, paramedics determined the dosage was not life-threatening and released her. The student explained that her intention was not to harm herself but to feel better during a difficult time following a recent breakup with her boyfriend.

Citizen Contact
The officer returned a phone call to the complainant regarding a vehicle theft. The complainant informed the officer that he had parked in a different location and had found his vehicle, it was not stolen.

Fire Alarm – Hand pull
BYU Police responded to a fire alarm at the USB building, which was found to have been pulled accidentally. There were no signs of fire, smoke, or any emergency. An officer reset the alarm.
