Agency Assist
Provo Police responded to a report of three males pulling down their pants on the side of the road, with a witness stating she saw one suspect's genitalia while driving by on an electric scooter. Despite checking the area, officers were unable to locate the suspects. However, BYU Dispatch obtained camera footage that traced the suspects back to Helaman Halls. The suspects were contacted and interviewed, admitting to pulling down their pants but claiming they only exposed their underwear. Insufficient evidence was available to prove otherwise, and no charges were filed.

Suspicious
A hiker reported finding a suspicious, torn jacket covered in blood near the top of the Y trailhead at the base of the cliffs. He provided photos, which appeared to show sun-fading from exposure rather than fresh blood. Officers responded to the location, deployed a drone in the area, and did not observe anything unusual or suspicious.

Accident
A campus police officer responded to Parking Lot 49 on BYU campus following a report of a private property traffic incident. The complainant, who was attempting to park his vehicle, notified campus police after an incident involving his parked car. Dispatch successfully located the owner of the parked vehicle, and the officer facilitated the exchange of information between parties.

Medical
A student at the MARB experienced a seizure, prompting medical and officer response. Provo Medical arrived, but the student continued having seizures and was later transported to the hospital. Her mother was notified of the incident.

Information
BYU Police were dispatched to a possible hit-and-run. While the officer was speaking with the victim, the driver who caused the accident returned to their vehicle. They did not realize they had hit another vehicle and were quick to exchange information civilly with the other party.

Citizen Contact
A BYU officer responded to the north side of the Tanner Building after a scooter accident was reported. Upon arrival, the officer confirmed there were no injuries and only minor damage to the scooter as the rider was exiting a private drive. The officer facilitated the information exchange and then cleared the call.

Trespassing
Officers responded to the ESC area after a report of two females filming students. The area was checked, but the individuals could not be located and appeared to have left campus.

Officers responded to a resident's call at Wymount Terrance reporting a male solicitor in the apartment complex. Despite searching the area, they did not locate the suspect, and no further related calls were received.

Theft
A police officer responded to a report regarding a delayed theft outside the LSB. The complainant had left a green hoodie on the ground while working nearby the parking garage and did not see anyone around. He confirmed with coworkers that no one had taken the jacket. Currently, there is no suspect information available.

Disorderly Conduct
A police officer responded to a report from a complainant who described a disturbing experience during a ride with a roommate. An unknown individual had locked the doors, played unsettling music, and drove recklessly past their apartment before dropping them off. Fearing for their safety, the complainant felt unable to leave the vehicle. She wished to pursue charges against the driver and passengers for reckless driving and disorderly conduct. The officer identified the vehicle and its occupants, resulting in citations being issued to them.
