Criminal Mischief
A vandalism incident occurred on the cork board in the pedestrian tunnel leading to Helaman Halls. The board, which displayed a flyer for a family proclamation event, was torn, partially ripped off, and defaced with writing and other damage. RA and housing officials will review the incident and arrange for the board to be replaced. No suspect information.

Information
A police officer observed a male rider on a motorized scooter lose control and spin out at slow speeds as he pulled out onto 800 North near 550 East. The rider was uninjured, and the scooter remained undamaged.

Citizen Contact
An officer returned a phone call regarding a delayed traffic accident in the parking lot of Heritage Halls on BYU campus. The other party involved was initially committed to a resolution but is now refusing to comply with their original agreement. The complainant was informed of their civil options and requested to leave the matter as it is.

Intrusion Alarm
Officers responded to a motion alarm in the air intake area beneath the JFSB. Upon investigation, all doors were secure, and no suspicious activity was observed in the sensor area.
