Animal Problem
Officers and Provo Fire and Rescue were dispatched on a 911 call at the Heritage Apartments. A male student who frequently has seizures, had a seizure and fell out of bed; hitting his head. Provo Fire and Rescue checked out the student and recommended the student go to the hospital for further evaluation. The student declined transport and the call was cleared.

Medical
Officers responded to a report of a deer stuck on the east fence of the MTC. When the officers arrived, they observed the deer's abdomen had been punctured and would not survive. The officers euthanized the deer to end the animal's suffering. Officers removed the deer off the fence and moved it from the scene.

Suspicious
Officers responded to the area of Wyview Park for a complaint of an odor of marijuana. Officers arrived but found no evidence of marijuana in the area.

Suspicious
Officers responded to a report from a concerned citizen, who wished to remain anonymous, of a disturbance in Lot 23. Officers arrived and made contact with a male and a female who had been having a verbal argument. The officers separated the couple and questioned them both separately. The female said she did not feel threatened by the male. The male explained that he would not hurt the female. It was explained that the argument was caused when the female discovered information she was unaware of from the male's journal. Neither the female nor the male displayed any signs of injury. The two parties separated for the night. The male lives in Heritage Hall and returned to his dorm. The female is unassociated with the university and left campus.

Suspicious
Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious male who appeared intoxicated walking on campus near the Crabtree Building (CTB). At the time, officers were unable to locate the subject. Officers informed security personnel at the Harold B. Lee Library (HBLL) to be on the lookout for the subject. At approximately 2000 hours, HBLL security personnel informed Dispatch they located the subject. Officers spoke with the subject, and escorted him off campus. The subject was seen in the library with another male individual. Security personnel informed officers the second subject was on their watch list.
Officers spoke with the second subject and escorted him out of the HBLL.

Citizen Contact
Officers were dispatched to the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) regarding a group of juvenile individuals trying to get in to play soccer. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the group who said they had been waiting to get back inside the building to get a cell phone. The group was leaving the area at the time officers spoke to them. Officers checked the IPF and did not find anyone inside and all doors were secure.

Medical
An officer was dispatched to the Snell Building on a medical assist. The patient was treated by BYU and Provo EMS and released to their own care.

Accident
Officer responded to Wyview Park on a traffic accident. A BYU delivery truck backed into a parked car near the Creamery. A traffic accident report was completed.
