Unsecured Door During an extra patrol at the Marriott Center, an officer discovered three unsecured doors on the northwest concourse and secured them. Additionally, the officer found a door in the east tunnel between the Marriott Center and the Annex held open by a door stop; the officer removed the stop, closed, and secured the tunnel access to ensure safety.
CO Alarm A BYU officer and Provo Fire responded to Wyview Building 29 following a CO alarm. The officer heard the alarm but received no response after knocking. BYU Housing was dispatched, and Provo Fire made entry, detecting elevated CO levels with a reading of 38 PPM. Enbridge was contacted to assist. Upon arrival, Housing confirmed positive readings and ventilated the apartment by opening windows. The resident, along with Enbridge, arrived later.
Found Property A wallet was found approximately a week ago in the parking lot near the SAB, containing a driver's license, BYU student ID, and other cards and papers. The wallet was collected, and the owner was contacted. He explained he had lost it about a month ago and was unsure of the exact location, so he hadn't reported it. I met with him and successfully returned the wallet.
