Lost Property
A report was received from a worker regarding a lost key associated with the WSC. The worker stated that they are unable to locate their key, which was last seen nearly three months ago. It is believed that the key may have been lost during transportation to SLC in December 2025. There are no witnesses or evidence related to the incident.

Sick Person
A student was injured in the Crabtree Building, Room 150, after accidentally cutting his leg with a utility knife. According to the student, he was sitting cross-legged in a chair and cutting an item when the knife slipped, causing the injury. The BYU Police Department and BYU EMS responded to the scene, provided medical assessment, and the student was later transported to the student health center by his employer for further care.

Accident
During snow removal operations in Lot 43 at WYview Park, Vehicle #1 was engaged in clearing snow when the driver accidentally came too close to a parked vehicle. As a result, Vehicle #1 clipped the left rear side of Vehicle #2. A report was filed.

Property Damage
A report was filed regarding property damage to a vehicle in Lot 45. The caller stated that university property was knocked over onto her parked, unoccupied vehicle. Officers responded to the scene, documented the incident, and advised the caller to contact her insurance company and risk management for further assistance.

Suspicious
The BYU Police Department received a delayed report of a suspicious person at the WCCB. Upon arrival, an officer spoke with the caller, who explained that the report was made about an hour after the incident. The caller noted that during this time, she had walked through the building multiple times but did not locate the individual. She also mentioned that a student had seen someone changing in a classroom, but the individual has not been seen since. The officer conducted a thorough walkthrough of the entire building but was unable to locate anyone matching the description.

Medical
BYU officers responded to Lot 16 after being dispatched to assist a patient with a suspected dislocated leg. Provo Fire and BYU EMS arrived on scene, providing medical care and transporting the patient to UVH for further treatment. Additionally, an officer met with a family member and handed over the patient's belongings.

Found Property
A custodial staff member found a wallet at the SFH. BYU dispatch successfully contacted the owner, who was living off campus and unable to retrieve the wallet at that time. A BYU officer responded to the scene and collected the wallet. The owner was advised to pick up their wallet the following day at the BYU Police Department in the JKB.
