Welfare Check A complainant requested a welfare check on her daughter, whose phone had been pinging outside the residence near the laundry since 4:00 AM, and she was unable to reach her. Officers contacted the daughter through her roommate and advised her to call her mother. The daughter called the mother while officers were on the line.
