Agency Assist On February 24, 2026, at approximately 2015 hours, an officer was dispatched to investigate a late reported injury accident involving an electric scooter and a vehicle. Upon review, the officer determined the incident actually occurred at the intersection of 900 East and Campus Lane which is Provo Police jurisdiction. The complainant had exchanged contact information with the vehicle driver, who had already compensated the individual for damages to the scooter.
Unconscious A BYU officer and BYU EMS were dispatched to the LSB for a subject who had passed out. Both units were canceled before arrival by dispatch. The complainant later called back to report that the individual was awake and declined medical assistance.
Suspicious BYU officers responded to the MPS after a vehicle was seen parked in the picnic area. Upon arrival, they contacted the driver and a friend, who were unaware they were on private property. After checking for wants and warrants—everything was clear—the officers asked them to leave. The subjects complied and departed without incident.
