The reporting party indicated a persistent marijuana smell coming from the sink area over the past few days. Upon arrival, officers detected a slight odor of marijuana but were unable to identify its source. Efforts to contact the tenants below the affected apartment were unsuccessful, as no one was home or answered the door. The origin of the odor remains undetermined.
Gas Smell A resident in Wyview Park reported a delayed gas smell after accidentally leaving the stove on low. The resident began feeling dizzy but had already left the apartment approximately 20 minutes prior to the call. Officers and Provo Fire responded to the scene; upon arrival, Provo Fire did not detect any gas. BYU Housing was notified of the situation. Provo Fire advised the residents that it was safe to re-enter the apartment.
