Accident – Auto vs Skateboard A vehicle was exiting Lot 16 on the BYU campus when the driver failed to notice a pedestrian riding a skateboard south on the sidewalk. The vehicle struck the skateboarder in the crosswalk at the intersection after rolling through a stop sign, failing to yield the right of way. The driver was warned about her actions. The skateboarder was later taken by police to the Urgent Care near Utah Valley Hospital for treatment.
Accident A BYU mail truck was parked in the loading dock of the student health center when the driver attempted to exit. During maneuvering, the mail truck's right rear bumper contacted the right rear side of a parked white Toyota Tacoma. The collision broke the Tacoma's taillight lens and scuffed its bumper.
Information The complainant's girlfriend parked her scooter behind a pillar by the ticket office at the devotional event on the Northeast side. Upon returning, the scooter was missing. The complainant and security staff checked with the Marriott Center event staff, but the scooter could not be located. The officer checked the area later in the day and found the scooter behind the ticket office. The scooter was returned to the owner.

Accident – Auto vs Rideable A pedestrian on a hoverboard was traveling eastbound on the sidewalk along Heleman Drive from Canyon Road. As a white Jeep approached westbound near the crosswalk, surveillance footage shows the pedestrian crossing without slowing down or hesitating. The pedestrian collided with the Jeep, which the driver reported only seeing at the last second and attempting to stop. The individual involved was transported to Utah Valley Hospital for medical treatment.
Medical During an intramural football game, two players collided, resulting in one player fracturing his right leg. Provo Fire paramedics responded promptly and transported him to the hospital for treatment.
