CO Alarm
Officers responded to a CO alarm at Wyview Park. The resident had left the oven on and fell asleep, leading to the alarm activation. Provo Fire personnel cleared the apartment and confirmed the oven was turned off. The alarm was successfully silenced and the problem was taken care of.

Theft
A police officer responded to a report of a stolen electric scooter. The complainant stated that the scooter, which was left plugged in and charging outside their front door overnight, was missing when they checked in the morning. The scooter, valued at approximately $250, is described as a bulky black and gray model with a green ribbon tied to the handlebars. It was a gift, and the brand and serial numbers are currently unknown. There are no suspect details at this time, and no surveillance cameras are present at the residence. Disturbance
Following a disturbance report at Wyview Building 07 involving two roommates in a verbal disagreement, officers responded to the scene. They discovered that one roommate had engaged the chain lock on the main door while changing clothes, which prevented the other from entering when they arrived. The visiting roommate believed the door had been intentionally locked to block entry. After speaking with both individuals, officers determined the situation was a misunderstanding. The Hall Advisor was notified, consulted with both roommates, and conducted a follow-up review of their living conditions. No criminal activity was found.
