Theft
A delayed report has been filed regarding a stolen bicycle in the vicinity of the JSB. The theft is believed to have occurred last week. The bike's owner is a BYU student. The bike was near a bike rack, but no lock was used.

Medical
BYU Police responded to the WSC for a female who had passed out. When the officer arrived, BYU EMS was already on the scene with the patient. EMS personnel treated and released the individual.

Information
An officer was contacted by the complainant, who wanted to report a school policy violation. The officer gathered the information and forwarded it to the security division for follow-up.

Lost Property
BYU Police responded to a call from a student who had lost her laptop charger. An officer collected the necessary details for documentation and referred the student to the lost and found.

Accident
A very minor accident occurred in Lot 13. The incident was investigated by the university police.

Medical
An officer, along with BYU EMS and Provo Paramedics, were dispatched to 990 N 150 E for a female who had crashed her scooter in the roadway and was bleeding. Provo Paramedics arrived first to evaluate and treat the female. They recommended transporting her to Utah Valley Hospital due to the impact on her head. The female agreed and was transported by Provo. It appeared she did not hit anything, and no other parties witnessed the incident.
