Public Peace
At approximately 2:30 AM, BYU officers responded to Helaman Halls following reports of a loud group. Upon arrival, they did not hear any noise and spoke with several individuals in the area, all of whom denied hearing any loud or disruptive behavior.

Citizen Contact
An officer responded to a report at Wyview Park Apartments on BYU campus regarding the theft of a passenger side mirror cover from a vehicle. The complainant explained that the vehicle had been washed the day before at a local car wash. The officer directed the complainant to the car wash to assist in locating the missing cover. Later, the officer was notified that the mirror cover had been found and replaced. No further assistance was required.

Medical
BYU Police responded to Wymount for a medical assist. A female had passed out while walking on the sidewalk. BYU EMS evaluated the patient and released her at the scene. No law enforcement action taken.

Citizen Contact
A male individual was found soliciting signatures for an election candidate at Wymount Terrace apartments. He was not identified or detained but was informed about BYU's policies on solicitation on private property. No further action was taken.

Accident
A police officer returned a call to the complainant, who reported that his vehicle had been parked in the Wyview Park Apartment parking lot for over 24 hours before he discovered minor damage, likely caused by another vehicle. Surveillance footage in the area is poor, and no suspect information is available.

Unsecured Door
An officer was dispatched to the McKay Building for a report of an unsecured interior door that BYU Security was not able to secure. The officer arrived and was able to lock the door.
