Trespassing BYU Police responded to a trespassing report at the softball fields after a groundskeeper notified police that juveniles had wandered over from the nearby baseball field during a high school game. The juveniles had left the scene before officers arrived.
Medical BYU officers, EMS, and Provo Fire responded to a report of a possible concussion and a bloody nose. The patient was examined and medically cleared but chose to refuse transportation by Provo Fire. The patient was accompanied by family and stated they would seek private transportation if their condition worsened.
Lost Property A police officer responded to the MARB regarding a delayed lost camera. The officer checked the area, including the lost and found, but did not locate the camera. Verification showed that the owner arrived on 4/2/26 with the camera and left without it. Video footage revealed no one else took the camera. The officer left a message with building care to inquire if someone had picked it up and checked the WSC Lost and Found without success.
Harassment Officers made telephonic contact regarding a possible harassment case. The victim reported receiving a prank parking warning card on their vehicle twice over the past two weeks in different campus parking lots. The card, which can be purchased in bulk online, was documented with a photo added to the case file. Currently, there are no suspects, and it is unclear whether the cards were intentionally targeted at the victim or received randomly.
Found Property A BYU officer responded to the BNSN regarding a found letter containing a possible gift card. The card and letter had no markings to identify the owner. The officer collected the items and took them to the lost and found at the WSC.
