Sick Person
BYU Police and EMS responded to a report of a 50-year-old woman feeling faint in the Wilkinson Student Center. EMS treated her on-site, and she improved after their assessment. She declined hospital transport and decided to stay with a friend.

Accident
BYU Police responded to a minor parking lot accident at the Broadcast Building, where a parked car had been hit. The at-fault driver left a note with contact details, but the complainant requested police documentation for safety.

Citizen Contact
A BYU professor received three emails and three handwritten letters from an individual in Pennsylvania. Although the messages contain no threats, the professor has not responded and has blocked the contact. The complainant expressed concern about the frequent communication and wants to ensure that the person is not a threat.

Fraud
BYU Police responded to a report of fraud involving a student's Cougar Cash account. The complainant noticed an unrecognized charge at the MTC, a location he has never visited. Support staff suggested it was likely a malfunction rather than criminal activity, but advised him to file a police report. The police contacted the complainant by phone to document the incident.
