Medical
Officers responded to a report of an unconscious individual who had reportedly pricked his finger and may have fainted at the sight of blood. Prior to the call for service, the individual was conscious, alert, and able to communicate. Provo Fire/EMS arrived on scene, provided medical evaluation and assistance, and the individual was released at the scene.

Lockout
An officer responded to the TMCB tunnel doors to provide access for an authorized subcontractor. Access was granted, and the subcontractor advised they would secure the doors upon completing their work for the day.

Duress Alarm
An officer responded to the Wilkinson Student Center regarding a duress alarm in the Women’s Services Office. Upon contact, staff confirmed that no alarm had been intentionally activated and no issues were present. The officer checked the alarm buttons, which showed no signs of activation. No further action was necessary.

Medical
BYU EMS and an officer responded to the JFSB for an FSY participant who had lost consciousness. Provo Fire also responded and evaluated the individual. A counselor notified the participant’s parents. The individual was medically cleared and returned to normal activities.

Medical
Officers responded to a report of a juvenile FSY participant who had fainted, with pre-existing medical conditions identified as a contributing factor. Provo Fire evaluated the individual and cleared them without the need for transport. The participant was released back to FSY staff.

Medical
Officers responded to Cougar Field for a juvenile FSY participant who had reportedly fainted. Provo Fire evaluated the individual and released them at the scene without transport. The participant had experienced a similar medical issue earlier the same day and was subsequently arranged to be picked up and return home, discontinuing participation in FSY.

Lockout
An officer responded to the Wilkinson Student Center loading dock to assist contractors with access to the roof above the kitchen for vent cleaning. Access was granted, and documentation of the work order was obtained. Officers planned to return at 0400 hours to secure the area upon completion of the work.

Information
A report was received of a key missing from a vehicle lockbox in the Law Building parking lot involving a rental vehicle. The complainant believed the key may have been taken between the time the renter returned the vehicle and when the owner retrieved it. Review of security footage showed the vehicle was dropped off and remained undisturbed until the owner arrived.
