Citizen Contact An officer responded to Heritage 12 for a citizen contact after a Heritage Housing employee reported observing a male individual leave a notebook and an Arizona Watermelon drink at the front doors of the building, which is designated as a female dormitory. The employee stated that the building is restricted to female residents only. The officer examined the items, discovering a handwritten journal without any identifying information and an unopened beverage. The items appeared to have been intentionally placed at the door as if left for the owner to retrieve. The Housing Employee took custody of the items and placed them in the lost and found.
