Theft A female reported her bicycle stolen from the Botany Pond bike racks. She parked it at approximately 3:15 PM and returned at 6:30 PM to find it missing. Juvenile Problem Officers were dispatched to a delayed report at Heritage Halls regarding a group of boys seen slapping another boy, causing a welt. After speaking with those involved, officers determined no criminal conduct had occurred, and the boys stated they had been playing.
