A BYU employee was assisted by BYU Police and Provo Fire after reportedly falling and hitting his head at the HCEB. Although he was alert and coherent upon arrival, witnesses indicated he had fallen and may have sustained an injury to his arm, possibly a torn tendon or ligament. After evaluation, Provo Fire transported him to the hospital for further treatment.

Citizen Contact
A police officer responded to Lot 45 following a report of a possible reckless driver, aided by a photo from the reporting party. Upon contact, the officer investigated and confirmed that the incident, which took place near Heritage Halls, did not involve reckless driving. The driver was issued a verbal warning.

Welfare Check
On June 13, 2025, at approximately 0014 hours, law enforcement responded to a welfare check at the HR Building 13 after a FSY member made concerning suicidal comments. During the interaction, it was determined that the case required intervention by another agency. DCFS was contacted but was unable to reach the juvenile's parents, resulting in the juvenile being transported to Vantage Point for further assistance.
