Door Alarm
Officers were sent on a door alarm at the West View Building. The door was found to be held open by air pressure. The officer checked the area, but nothing appeared suspicious or out of place.

Lockout
Officers responded to a lockout after a group of students reported needing access to a building. The group was moving equipment for an out‑of‑state engineering competition. Identification was verified, and access to the building was granted.

Domestic Violence
Officers responded to a report of domestic violence inside an apartment after neighbors reported a loud verbal argument from the apartment complex. Officers spoke with each party involved and identified one spouse as the predominant aggressor. The suspect was booked into the Utah County Jail on multiple DV‑related charges.

Protective Order Violation
An officer was notified that a recently arrested male had contacted his spouse from jail. The male had signed a no-contact order and was aware that he was not permitted to contact his spouse. The officer confirmed the protective order with the Utah County Jail and reviewed inmate phone monitoring records. The officer verified that a phone call had been made, which violated the no-contact order. Additional criminal charges were filed against the male.

Suspicious
Officers were dispatched to a parking lot after receiving a report that a male was striking a vehicle with a baseball bat, possibly attempting to break into the vehicle. Officers arrived and found that no weapons were involved. The individual was the registered owner of the vehicle and became frustrated after locking his keys in the vehicle while completing a DoorDash delivery. Officers verified ownership and assisted by unlocking the vehicle.
