Door Alarm
Officers responded to a door alarm after dispatch observed individuals exiting the building with a couch. As officers arrived, dispatch advised that the RA had already contacted the individuals and had them return the couches inside. Officers checked the area and spoke with several groups, none of whom had knowledge of the couch removal. The individuals were not located. There appeared to be no intent to deprive the property owner, and no crime was committed.

Lockout
Officers responded to the LSB to assist an employee who needed to place time‑sensitive materials into a secure freezer. The employee had access to the lab but not the building exterior after hours. An officer escorted her to the lab and back out once she was finished.

Unsecure Premises
Officers responded to a report that the NCAA track’s southwest gate was open. The gate was found unsecured, so the officer locked it.

Unsecure Premises
While checking the football stadium, an officer found a gate open. The officer walked through the stadium and found nothing unusual. All other gates were checked and found to be secured.

Door Alarm
Officers responded to a door alarm at the CSC. They found the U.S. Foods truck making its regular delivery. Nothing suspicious was occurring.

Juvenile Problem
FSY staff reported that two male participants had been whipping another participant with towels and a belt. Per FSY policy, the counselor contacted police to document the incident.

Duress Alarm
An officer responded to a duress alarm at The Creamery on 900 East. It was determined that an employee had accidentally activated the front counter alarm. The alarm was reset, and the call was cleared.

Trespassing
Police received a complaint about a former employee repeatedly entering a building and using employee resources. The suspect was contacted by phone and stated it was an old habit. He was advised that returning would constitute trespassing and could result in arrest. He stated he understood and would not return.

Juvenile Problem
FSY counselors reported that one male juvenile looked at another male juvenile’s genitalia while at the urinals. Parents were contacted, and this report was completed to provide FSY with official documentation.

Keep Peace
An officer facilitated a property exchange between the involved parties in case 26BY01358, a previous domestic violence incident. The arrestee’s sister retrieved his belongings from her sister‑in‑law.

Medical
Officers and EMS responded to a report of a cafeteria worker experiencing heart‑related symptoms at the Cannon Center. She reported feeling her heart race and had a recent diagnosis of a heart condition. EMS evaluated her, and she declined transport to the hospital. Her aunt arrived and planned to take her to a doctor if needed.

Accident – Hit and Run
An officer investigated a possible hit‑and‑run near the Cannon Center. A third party provided license plate information for both vehicles. The driver of the suspect vehicle stated she had gone inside to get paper to leave a note and had placed a note with her contact information on the victim's vehicle. She had not yet heard from the owner. She was advised to contact the police if further assistance was needed. No crime had occurred.

Sick Person
Officers and Provo Fire responded to an ill FSY participant experiencing a POTS‑related episode. Vitals were checked, and parents were contacted. They approved leaving the juvenile at FSY and planned to pick them up in the morning.

Traffic Stop
An officer stopped a motorcycle on 900 East for an obstructed license plate. The driver had multiple prior violations and three active warrants. A citation was issued, and the motorcycle was impounded.
