Suspicious


The complainant reported that unknown males knocked on his door and then ran away. Officers checked the area and spoke with several individuals, but none were identified as being involved in the incidents. The complainant was advised to call again if the behavior continued. No additional calls were received.

Door Alarm


An officer responded to a door alarm at the Smith Field House. The door was found secure with nothing suspicious or out of place.

Trespassing


Police received a report of individuals trespassing at the Y Trailhead, which had been closed for the Fourth of July holiday to prevent fireworks use. An officer spoke with the group, informed them of the closure, and they left without incident.

Juvenile Problem


During the week, two male FSY participants were hitting each other's buttocks, which made another participant uncomfortable. FSY staff spoke with the boys, who agreed to stop this behavior. Staff also requested a report for documentation.

Suspicious


An officer reached out to an individual about suspicious activity reported the previous day. The reporting party observed a vehicle with its lights on and later noticed it following them for several blocks. Concerned due to a previous incident involving an employee on administrative leave, the individual reported the situation. The officer identified the driver of the vehicle and confirmed that it was not the employee, concluding that the situation was coincidental.
