Door Alarm
Officers responded to a door alarm at Heritage Halls. FSY employees had propped the door open, unaware it would trigger the alarm.

Trespassing
A small group of students was seen exiting the Riviera swimming pool after hours. They gained access by pressing the exit button through the gate. All were warned and returned home.

Theft
A BYU employee reported that his BYU laptop was stolen from a rental vehicle while he was on vacation in another country. A case number was provided for insurance purposes.

Lockout
A Wymount Terrace resident reported that a small child had accidentally locked themselves inside a bedroom. Officers gained access through an exterior window. The child was unharmed.

Allergic Reaction
Officers responded to the Cannon Center after a juvenile had an allergic reaction. Provo Fire evaluated the patient, and the juvenile’s father arrived to care for them.

Door Alarm
Officers responded to an alarm in the LSB. A security manager met them at the scene. No damage or disturbance was found, and the alarm was cleared.

Welfare Check
A supervisor requested a welfare check on a student employee who had stopped responding to text messages. An officer was able to contact the student, who stated they were doing well.
