Welfare Check
It was reported to BYU Police that there was a man in the creek near the Bell Tower. The man was contacted and found to be a grounds worker picking out garbage.
Sex Assault
An FSY counselor reported to police that a 17-year old male FSY camp attendee grabbed the buttocks of a younger female participant. The victim and her parents were notified and didn't want to pursue charges. The matter was referred to police investigations.
Delayed Hit & Run
A hit and run accident occurred in the parking lot 27. It was a delayed report and a police officer was assigned to contact the individuals and file a report. Very minor damage.
Smell of Gas
Wymount Terrace smell of gas in the air. Risk management and police responded and cleared the units. Unknown Cause.
Found Property
A wallet was turned into police that was found at Helaman Halls. The officer was able to find the owner and return it.
Sex Offense
An unknown FSY juvenile took pictures of another male while he was in the shower. The victim did not disclose who the suspect was and the parents of the victim did not wish to pursue charges. The case was referred to police investigations.
Juvenile Problem
Heritage students were in the area of an FSY group possible causing a disturbance and ran when confronted. Police responded to check the area.
