Audible Alarm
Officers responded to an alarm on the third floor of the UPC. They were unable to silence the fire alarm panel, so the Electrical Shop was contacted to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fire Alarm
Officers responded to a fire alarm at Helaman Halls. The fire panel was located and silenced. An electrician later arrived, reset the alarm, and checked the device.

Door Alarm
Officers responded to a door alarm at Heritage Halls. The area and doors were checked. No issues were found so the alarm was reset.

Lost Property
Officers contacted a complainant regarding a missing laptop left on a table inside the Riviera clubhouse. Video review showed an employee securing the laptop in a back room while closing the building. Staff confirmed they had the laptop, and the complainant arranged to pick it up.

Welfare Check
Officers responded to a report of a gold Toyota Sienna after receiving a report that someone was possibly living inside the vehicle. The vehicle was located but unoccupied. Attempts to contact the registered owner by phone and text were unsuccessful. Officers will check the vehicle again later for the owner’s welfare.

Intrusion Alarm
Officers responded to an intrusion alarm at the Talmage Building. They found an employee working in the area with permission. Nothing suspicious or concerning was occurring.
