Door Alarm
BYU officers responded to a door-held-open alarm at the Smith Fieldhouse West Women's Locker Room. Upon arrival, officers contacted three members of the gymnastics team, who explained they were retrieving belongings in preparation for out-of-state training and had accidentally left the door open long enough to trigger the alarm.

Lockout
Officers responded to a report that residents of Wyview Park were unable to open their apartment door and were effectively locked inside. Upon arrival, officers found that the door would not open from the outside and used minimal force to gain entry. Investigation revealed that the doorknob latch plate had become loose and jammed, preventing the door from opening. The latch plate was tightened, restoring normal operation of the door.

Medical
A BYU officer and Provo Fire responded to assist an Education Week participant who was experiencing blood in their urine and urinary incontinence. Provo Fire evaluated the individual at the scene. Following the medical assessment, the participant requested transportation to Utah Valley Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

 Suspicious Activity
Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance at West Campus after a Building Care Supervisor reported an open window in the football stadium press box and expressed concern that someone might be using the area for unauthorized shelter. Officers inspected the press box and found no individuals or evidence of anyone staying inside. The windows and doors were secured.
