Upon arrival, the officer found that the standard key did not fit or operate the lock on the alarm box. The officer requested that the lock be repaired during the upcoming day shift to ensure proper access and security.
Medical An officer and Provo Paramedics responded to the Bean Museum regarding an employee who had sustained cuts to his fingers while working. Upon arrival, the employee requested transportation to a medical facility. Paramedics provided the necessary care and transported the individual to the hospital, with no law enforcement assistance required.
Suspicious Law enforcement responded to reports of a disruptive male near the Law Building, who later entered the Wilkinson Student Building. Despite efforts to locate him on campus, officers were unable to find the individual in person but identified him through BYU surveillance footage without obtaining any identifying details. The original complainant confirmed no crime had occurred, and officers are continuing their efforts to identify the individual. Building security has been notified and is investigating the matter further.
Medical An emergency response was dispatched to the Cougar eat following a report of an allergic reaction. BYUEMS and Provo Paramedics responded to assess a complainant who experienced a reaction believed to be from a mosquito bite. After evaluation, the medical teams determined no further treatment was necessary, and the complainant declined additional assistance, being released at the scene.
