Welfare check
Officers responded to a welfare check near 450 East Phillips Lane after an individual disconnected during a Safewalk and could not be reached. Officers checked the area and later made contact with the individual at their Heritage 13 residence, where they had arrived safely.

Door alarm
Officers responded to a forced door alarm at the Benson Building. Dispatch observed a male and female checking doors at the BNSN building and then entering the Joseph Smith Building. Officers contacted the individuals, who stated they were looking for a restroom. They left the building, and officers ensured all doors were secured.

Door Alarm
Officers responded to a forced door alarm at the JSB. The door had been left open by two individuals on a walk who were looking for a bathroom. The door was secured, and the individuals continued on their walk.

Welfare Check
Officers responded to the CONE for a welfare check after an elderly male asked a bystander to call 911. The male had a head injury from a fall and appeared confused. Provo Fire evaluated him and transported him to the hospital.

Medical
Officers responded to the MTC for a 69‑year‑old male experiencing chest pain. Provo Fire paramedics were already on scene. The patient was assessed and transported to UVH for further care.

Citizen Dispute
Officers responded to a roommate dispute near the Music Building and stood by to keep the peace. During the call, officers learned an assault had occurred, making the incident domestic violence. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail.

Found Property
Building security located a cell phone in the Jesse Knight Building and turned it in to BYU Police. The owner was identified, contacted, and later retrieved the phone.
