Welfare check Officers responded to a welfare check near 450 East Phillips Lane after an individual disconnected during a Safewalk and could not be reached. Officers checked the area and later made contact with the individual at their Heritage 13 residence, where they had arrived safely.

Officers contacted the individuals, who stated they were looking for a restroom. They left the building, and officers ensured all doors were secured.
