Lockout
An officer assisted a BYU employee who accidentally locked her phone and keys inside her office at Kimball Tower while working late. After verifying her identity, the employee retrieved her belongings. Officers secured the office, and she left for the evening.

Door Alarm
Officers responded to a door alarm at Helaman Halls. Officers checked all accessible interior and exterior doors and found them secure. Nothing suspicious was observed.

Door Alarm
An officer responded to a forced‑door alarm at the BYU Bookstore. The manager escorted the officer to the cash room, where nothing appeared out of place. No further action was necessary.

Sick Person
An officer responded to the library computer lab for a report of a person experiencing a panic attack. EMS was already on scene and determined law enforcement assistance was not needed.

Nuisance
Officers and security responded to the NCAA track for a report of an individual who did not have a legitimate reason to be in the area. Officers contacted the individual, who complied with requests to leave campus without incident.

Suspicious
A BYU student reported receiving unusual text messages from an unknown person. The student documented the incident at their request.

Sick Person
Officers and BYU EMS responded to a report of a sick individual. EMS assessed the situation and determined no further police involvement was needed.

Nuisance
Officers and security responded to a report of an individual behaving unusually inside an office and using a workstation without permission. The subject had already left the area before officers arrived. Video footage confirmed the individual departed approximately 30 minutes earlier.

Sick Person
An officer and BYU EMS responded to the WSC for a female who had been stung by a bee and requested an ice pack. BYU EMS advised that law enforcement assistance was not needed.

Accident
An officer contacted the reporting party regarding a delayed hit‑and‑run in Lot 37. The vehicle had been parked between approximately 0745 and 1330 hours when damage was discovered. Surveillance cameras did not cover the area where the vehicle was parked. The damage appears consistent with a white vehicle striking the front passenger side. The reporting party received a case number and was advised to contact their insurance company.

Lost Property
An officer was flagged down by a student who reported losing a wallet somewhere between Helaman Halls and the Tanner Building. The student was advised to check nearby lost‑and‑found locations, including the Cannon Center, TNRB, JKB, and Talmage Building.

Lost Property
A student reported losing a wallet somewhere between the WSC and the library. The wallet contained identification, bank cards, and cash. At this time, it is not believed to have been stolen. The student was advised to check the WSC lost and found.

Criminal Mischief
An officer responded to a criminal mischief report near the Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship. Officers found green graffiti on a dumpster and a nearby electrical box. Officers took photos, notified Facilities for cleanup, and took no further action.

Accident
An officer contacted a complainant regarding vehicle damage believed to have occurred while parked in Lot 2. Surveillance footage showed a vehicle parked nearby, but it was inconclusive whether a collision occurred.

Nuisance
Officers responded to the SWKT after an adult male entered the building after hours through a propped‑open door. The male stated he was waiting for his son, who was participating in a study group. Once the son arrived, both left without incident. All doors were checked and secured.

Trespassing
A security employee contacted an adult male inside Kimball Tower who was not authorized to be in the building. The male stated he was waiting for his son, who was working on a project elsewhere in the building. The son arrived shortly afterward, and both left the area voluntarily.
