Accident
BYU police filed a report regarding a two-vehicle collision in lot 39. One vehicle was parked and unoccupied at the scene, while the other vehicle was engaged in parking. The officer documented the incident and is currently attempting to contact the owner of the unoccupied vehicle.

Medical
A female student was injured during intramural play on a BYU campus field approximately 30 minutes prior. She reported a knee injury and was unable to walk. BYU Police and Provo Fire responded to the scene, with Provo Fire assisting her into a private vehicle for transportation to receive medical attention.

Medical – Knee Injury
A male BYU student sustained a knee injury while playing soccer at the RB Field. He was assessed by paramedics, who determined he did not require transport to the hospital. The student was in good spirits despite limping from the injury and agreed to seek medical attention independently.

Lost Property
A caller reported losing her wallet somewhere between the HBLL and Lot 16 area. She has attempted to locate it in the vicinity without success. Officers assisted in searching the area, but the wallet has not yet been recovered. The wallet contains her driver's license and multiple credit cards. The caller was advised to contact her bank to report and cancel the lost cards.

Accident
An accident occurred in Lot 25 near the BYU Creamery. A vehicle backed into an unoccupied vehicle.

Hazardous Condition
During the High School Band Competition at the stadium, an officer observed the top portion of the large screen above the north end bleachers peeling away due to strong winds. In response, dispatch alerted Risk Management and contacted the on-call roofing specialist to secure the affected area and prevent further damage.

Agency Assist
A Murray County, Oklahoma officer contacted BYU dispatch seeking a contact number for a student victim involved in an auto burglary. The student had previously reported stolen items to Provo Police in April. The Oklahoma officer discovered a box containing drug paraphernalia, stolen cards, and IDs—among them the student's BYU ID and other identification—after a person in Oklahoma purchased a truck. The Murray officer was provided with Provo PD’s case number and was advised to follow up with them. The incident was documented, noting the theft of the student’s BYU ID card.

Alcohol Offense
Responding to a welfare check at Heritage Halls, officers found an 18-year-old BYU student intoxicated, unresponsive, and vomiting. The individual had reportedly consumed vodka inside the apartment. They were transported to Utah Valley Hospital for further evaluation. The student will face charges for illegal alcohol consumption by a minor.
