Medical – Unconscious
A female adult student in a classroom at the JFSB experienced a medical issue. BYU EMS, Provo Fire/EMS, and BYU Police responded to provide aid and support. The patient was released on scene without further medical assistance needed.

Medical
An officer and medical personnel were dispatched to the Physical Facilities North Building for a report of a student that had been injured while working. As medical personnel were evaluating the individual, it was determined that the individual didn’t need to go to the hospital and was released and advised to seek additional medical care.

Information
A hiker with a dog at the Y trailhead was reported to be a nuisance and was not leashed. Another individual expressed frustration over the dog's presence and reportedly used harsh, aggressive language toward the hiker. The caller felt harassed and threatened by the tone and words used. An officer documented the incident, identified the parties involved for future reference, and noted that no criminal violations occurred.

Theft
An officer was dispatched to call the complainant regarding a theft of their scooter from the bike rack between the JFSB and TMCB between 1100-1400 hours on 10/31/2025. The scooter was not locked up. The complainant did not have the serial number for the scooter and was advised to provide it if she was able to locate the number. The complainant later called back and said the scooter was returned to the bike rack. The complainant stated that she thought someone at first took it by mistake.

Accident – Hit and Run
A delayed report has been received regarding a vehicle hit in the parking lot near the music building. The caller stated that her vehicle was struck on Tuesday, the 28th, during daytime hours, but the damage was only noticed later. No injuries were reported, and the damage is described as minimal and superficial.

Medical
An officer and BYUEMS were dispatched to the stairs by the WSC and HBLL for a report that a female had fallen down the stairs and hurt her shins. BYUEMS evaluated and treated the female. The officer gave the female a ride to her vehicle.

Medical
An officer and BYUEMS responded to the HBLL after a female fell down the stairs and sprained her ankle. BYUEMS evaluated and treated her on scene. The female's husband arrived shortly after to assist her in leaving, using a wheelchair provided by BYUEMS.

Public Peace – Loud Party
A large unapproved dance party took place in parking lot 56, attracting over 500 patrons. The event was shut down by authorities, and attendees were instructed to leave. As the crowd dispersed, a significant mess was left behind. The grounds department was notified about the cleanup, and the individual responsible for organizing the party was documented in this report. This incident was referred to housing.

Medical
Officers responded to the Riviera Apartments on a medical call after a roommate reported that their intoxicated housemate, who had consumed a large amount of alcohol and was repeatedly vomiting, needed medical assistance. Provo paramedics provided aid and transported the individual, who is over 21 years old, to the ER for further evaluation.
