Agency Assist
A Detective from the Fort Worth Police Department requested assistance from BYU Police in locating and interviewing a BYU student who was identified as a victim of an aggravated assault within their jurisdiction. The BYU Police facilitated a meeting with the student and presented a photo lineup of a potential suspect. The results of the photo lineup were documented accordingly. This report will be forwarded to Fort Worth PD as per their request.

Accident
Officers responded to a minor accident in lot 40 and facilitated the exchange of information. The incident was near the Cannon Center and was very minor.

Forced Door Alarm
The BYU Police Department was notified by BYU Security of a door alarm at the JFSB. Security reported that the northwest emergency door was being held open; they observed that when someone exited through the door, it did not fully close behind them. An officer responded to the scene and manually secured the door by pushing it shut. Dispatch later confirmed that the alarm had cleared, and there were no further issues.
