Medical
Report of an adult male who crashed on his skateboard. Provo EMS, BYU EMS and BYU police responded to the scene and attended to his medical needs. This included applying an antiseptic to his cheek and offering aid, comfort and encouragement. He was apparently skateboarding and slipped and fell after hitting some wet leaves. Subject released on scene.

Suspicious
Officers responded to a report of an unattended cooler at the Kimball Tower on the Brigham Young University campus. Upon arrival, the complainant stated that someone had removed the cooler from the stairwell area. The incident occurred during a visit by former U.S. senator Mitt Romney, who was speaking in the building at the time. The complainant's decision to report the cooler as suspicious was likely influenced by the high-profile event.

Attempt to Locate
A dispatch alert reported a vehicle passing the Music Building License Plate Reader (LPR) with a stolen Idaho license plate. However, the license plate on the vehicle did not match the stolen plate, and the LPR system did not indicate the state of the license plate. Officers conducted a search of Lot 26 and nearby parking areas but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Medical
A medical assist was provided to an 18-year-old female who experienced an allergic reaction after consuming food containing turmeric. She administered her EpiPen and took Benadryl, which helped her feel better. However, she requested to be transported by ambulance to the hospital for further evaluation, and the patient was subsequently transported for continued care.

Event Medical – Marriott Center
A report was made regarding an adult male with a medical need at the Marriott Center. The patient was contacted on scene by BYU EMS, Provo EMS, and BYU Police. He was found to be confused and disoriented regarding time, place, and location. The patient received treatment on scene and was released to his family, who anticipated transporting him to a medical center for further evaluation.

Medical
A 21-year-old male sustained a broken lower right leg after landing incorrectly during a basketball game. He was promptly transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment by Provo Medics.
