Nuisance A BYU officer responded to a complaint at Wymount Terrace regarding noise caused by an individual working on a vehicle with power tools. The officer located the resident, who acknowledged that his tools were loud and was advised to clean up his work area for the night, as he was blocking a significant portion of the parking lot with auto parts. The resident cooperated and was instructed to use a parking area further from the housing units in the future when working late at night.
