Criminal Mischief
A BYU officer observed vandalism on the south wall of the tunnel beneath University Avenue, near the west side of the ELLB. The officer documented the damage and filed an incident report. Following this, dispatch was contacted and instructed to notify the paint crew, who was assigned to respond and remove the vandalism to restore the area.

Welfare Check
A BYU officer was dispatched to conduct a "Safe Walk" after the individual did not respond or clear the area as expected. The officer arrived at the West Village Basement (WVB), the final destination of the safe walk, and after some time, the subject finally responded to security. The individual indicated that they had arrived safe.

Theft
An officer was dispatched to call the complainant regarding a delayed possible theft of a laptop. The complainant stated that he didn't know the laptop existed until BYU IT did a technology audit and the laptop came up missing. The laptop was listed as stolen in the NCIC database.

Lost Property
Report of a missing key from the JFSB. The caller reported a lost key, employee last known to have access to the key no longer employed, unable to locate or contact.

Medical
An officer responded to a report of chest pains in the men's locker room at the SFH. The patient, a BYU employee, had been working out in the faculty weight room. After showering and preparing to leave, he began experiencing dizziness, nausea, chest pain, and numbness in his hands. Provo Fire paramedics arrived, monitored him briefly, and then transported him to Utah Valley Hospital.

Sex Offense
An officer was dispatched to call the complainant regarding a delayed sexual assault that occurred in Lot 41, west of the Helaman Track and Field complex. The case has been referred to investigations and the victim advocate.

Theft
An officer reviewed a report filed by HBLL security regarding a theft at the library. The incident involved the removal of a yoga ball from behind the Science and Engineering desk. The item was taken by two unknown individuals, who are possibly students.
